Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags and accessories must be included
- You’ll need your order number or proof of purchase

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
